There are no refunds to teams pulling out of a tournament within one week of the tournament start date; however, we can apply the funds to another tournament in the same calendar year. There are no refunds to any team that has entered the tournament within two weeks or 14 days of the tournament start date.

Prior to 2 weeks before the start of a tournament, if a team cancels, there will be a $25 refund processing fee assessed. If the team chooses; however, the full amount can be applied to another tournament.

However, with a 3 game minimum, if you play 0 games, you will receive a full reund. If you play 1 game, you will receive a 50% refund. If you play 2 or more games, there is no refund.

With a 4 game minimum, if you play 0 games, you will receive a full refund. If you play 1 game you will receive a 75% refund, 2 games played you will receive a 50% refund, and 3 or more games played there is no refund.
